Some apartments are available for rent fully furnished, but how about an apartment that comes fully decked out with art? How much would you shell out each month for this one-bedroom loft at 63 North Third St. in Williamsburg?

The loft is currently home to the textile designers behind Eye Dazzler studio. It's listed for $3,800 a month. There's no broker's fee, but that's way above the average rent for a one bedroom in Williamsburg, according to MNS. That premium doesn't cover the Navajo-style rugs, vibrant floral prints, and huge wall panels, but the art is available for purchase if any of it grabs you.

Whether or not you opt to splurge and rent the place fully decorated, there's a lot to look at in the listing.

There's enough room to swing a hammock.

The tenants put up partitions to create a second "bedroom," which is set to be removed.

The kitchen is compact, confined to one wall.

The loft has massive windows, high ceilings, and polished concrete floors.

The bathroom looks small but neat.

There's laundry on every floor and a large, finished roof deck. The building has elevators and an intercom, and it's pet friendly. The apartment is available June 1st.

Oddfellows ice cream shop, Café de la Esquina, Nitehawk Cinema, and Radegast Hall & Biergarten are all nearby. It is about five blocks to the ferry dock at North Sixth Street, and six blocks to the L train at Bedford Avenue, which of course is shutting down next year for repairs.
